this pub is popular for food but why don't the staff clear tables and glasses when customers leave ? The toilets were a mess with paper and water across the floor and around the sinks. Staff are pleasant but over worked.

My family and I went for a birthday meal to the Nugget on 25th July and I was sorely disappointed. The service we received was appalling waiting a long time for the food to be brought and then in dribs and drabs. Half the items on the menu were weren't available and to top it all off the card machine stopped working and so had to pay cash which was lucky I had the £120 in cash on me. Definitely won't be going there again and won't be recommending to anyone.

pleasant staff but for a pub serving food the cleanliness of the place is poor. The toilets in particular are a disgrace. the male toilets are filthy with no toilet seat in one wc and a "wet floor most of the time.

Why are glasses and bottles left on tables after diners leave ?

Such a a shame as it used to be such a clean and pleasant place.
