Situated on the Corner of Merchant Lane Ross' is very central for the shops (Buchanan, Argyle st etc) and Rail Stations. A favourite of mine for a Saturday pint & watching the football/results on the big screen tvs. A traditional looking bar with a long dark wooden bar and wooden floors, plenty of seating (and n aarea at the back to eat)with ample bar stools. Has a nice selection of drinks & promotions available (along with papers to read). During the day until around 6;30pmish it's basically a guys pub - after that the karaoke / music arrives - music is mostly top 10 funky/stuff & singers (v good) usually pelt out the standards (So I head at this point). On the times I've stayed I have always had a fun night. Bar staff change a lot but are always very nice and fast to serve. Well worth a visit for a safe and fun night
