A great and friendly local; serves tasty Indian dishes which are good value and available as "curry and a pint" deals or as takeaway. The current management (over the last couple of years it had changed hands a lot) has really turned this place around and now ,generally, it's pretty busy - always a good sign, I think! Definitely recommendable.
