My wife and I called at your bar for food and drink and left 10 minutes later having ordered neither. Both of the young ladies behind the bar were engaged in mixing what seemed to be an unending order for cocktails.

I appreciate that they were busy but an acknowledgement of our presence would have been nice instead of being totally ignored. A small queue formed behind us which elicited no reaction from your pre-occupied staff who continued to behave as though we were all invisible.

After 10 minutes another bar person appeared who decided to serve the last person in the queue who it seemed was a friend of hers. At this point we decided to leave.

The worst service I can recall experiencing in a long time. I will never return.
