Great pub. Fine beer, no riff raffle and no youngsters drinking on an empty head. Sky sports and nice people all round. Steak pie is simply superb. Go and try it you will not be disappointed

The best steak pie ever. Staff friendly and great value for money. Quaint surroundings. Go for a lovely walk down water of leith, to work up an appetite or to work off a gorgeous traditional Scottish meal.

I have been going to these premises for the last 20 years and as far as I am concerned it is the premier public house outwith Edinburgh City Centre. The secret is the professionalism of the owner and his staff and of course the quality product on sale. You must ask the question, do you pay cheap prices for poor quality or do you pay a bit more and get quality in a warm comfortable well run premises. This for me is an easy decision to make. In these austere times quality will always shine through and the Juniper Green Inn has this in abundance. Cheers Ally.

Great, well run pub, excellent evenings and good beer.

Menu is perfect for a business lunch - fast efficient service with good fresh food - very hospitable - Shame that lunchtime is so short!!

Juny Pals are known to congregate at this, their very own, meeting place. Ally the owner is an excellent host. Any day of the week, especially at weekends, Christmas and New Year nights out are amazing. Fine food, wine, beers and spirits, laughs, gentle music, pies and sandwiches for footy days/night not to be missed. Not even a meerkat in sight! See you there!!

Excellent local pub. Prides itself in presentation and quality. Pub landlord ensures that those drinking on the premises are polite, kind and freindly. If your there to cause trouble or are not dressed accordingly you will not be served. What every pub should be like ! not having to listen to the guy next to you talking about fighting
