The food is a bit hit or miss, (like most Wetherspoon pubs). I've had excellent meals, dismal food and all shades of grey between.
Good selection of well-kept ales at a decent price.
Waiting time at the bar always seemed to be a bit of a problem here and there were never enough staff on at key times but this has improved recently with a change of Manager.
